This location is quite ideal because you are literally just minutes away from everything that you will need and it is accessible. La Verandilla Residences is a development project by Metrostar Realty and Development Incorporated. The company is a relative newcomer in the industry but it is making quite a splash in the real estate scene because of their stylish designs and their focus on efficiently making use of available spaces. If you need more room and a bit more privacy, you need to check out the Vera Two. The floor area of the Vera Two (138 square meters) is considerably larger than that of the Vera One’s. You can find more rooms in this house as well. In addition, the Vera Two is a single-detached house unit, which means you will have a bit more privacy because you are not sharing a wall with your neighbors.

However, there are no provisions for a family room but there are two terraces (a wider one of the second floor, and a smaller one on the third). You can also find a lanay area along the side of the house and a small landscaped garden out in front. The main difference between the Vera One and Two is the number of bedrooms and bathrooms.

The Vera Two has one bedroom with its own bathroom, and a powder room for guests on the first floor. On the second floor, you will find the Master’s Bedroom and another bedroom, both of which have their own bathrooms. Finally, on the third floor, you will find two more bedrooms, and a common bathroom.

If you want a home that is even bigger than the Vera Two, then perhaps the Vera Three will be more to your liking. Measuring more than 152 square meters, the Vera Two is big enough for a family of six (not including the maid) to live in quite comfortably. Despite the number of rooms in the house, the interior does not feel cramped at all. The main difference between the first two Vera models and the Vera Three is the second floor of the house is mainly dedicated for the Master’s bedroom.

Aside from the actual Master’s bedroom, there is also a large, walk-in closet, and a spacious bathroom area. Technically, the Maid’s room is also on the second floor but the stairs and entrance to that room are only accessible from the outside of the house. The Vera Three is perfect for large families, which is quite surprising considering that the house itself is sitting on a rather small plot of land.
